Nicht nur, dass ein Autor sich vertraglich sämtlicher Rechte für jegliche Art der Weiterverwertung seiner Werke begibt [?], er hat zudem damit zu rechnen, von seinem Vertragspartner kräftig über den Tisch gezogen zu werden - ob aus Vorsatz oder Fahrlässigkeit, bliebe von Fall zu Fall zu entscheiden. Im Übrigen aber machen Autoren (wieviele, darüber gibt es verständlicherweise keine Statistik) regelmäßig die Entdeckung, dass ihre Vertragspartner mit ihrem geistigen Eigentum nach Gutsherrenart verfahren, ob mit oder ohne Rechtsbewusstsein.
